W. Jeffrey BeckhamManaging Director, Head of Institutional Investment Management, and Fund Manager – Premier Property Fund
W. Jeffrey Beckham is a Managing Director, the Head of Institutional Investment Management, and the Fund Manager of the Premier Property Fund of Jamestown. Mr. Beckham oversees all institutional investor products at Jamestown, which includes serving as Fund Manager and Investment Committee member for Jamestown’s open-end core-plus investment vehicle, the Premier Property Fund, serving as Co-Head of Global Investor Relations, and overseeing and serving on the Investment Committee for Jamestown’s Latin America investment fund. He joined Jamestown in 2010. Mr. Beckham started his career working in Morgan Stanley’s real estate group, focusing on both advisory and principal transactions based in New York, London and Tokyo. Upon leaving Morgan Stanley, he joined Hines in London and helped start and fully invest Hines’ first European Development Fund. After leaving Hines, Mr. Beckham joined Tishman Speyer in their New York headquarters in 2004, and then helped open their Atlanta office in 2007. While at Tishman Speyer, he worked on acquisitions, development, dispositions, asset management, portfolio management and leasing. Mr. Beckham is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Metro Atlanta YMCA and of Junior Achievement of Georgia. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 1998.
Lori LathemChief Accounting Officer
Lori Lathem is the Chief Accounting Officer of Jamestown. Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. Lathem was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Financial Controller’s Group and oversaw the financial reporting of the open-end real estate fund, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Special Situations Fund III L.P. Prior to her work with Morgan Stanley, she managed the portfolio accounting, analysis and financial reporting for the Florida State Board of Administration pension fund’s real estate portfolios. Ms. Lathem is licensed in Georgia as a Certified Public Accountant and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University.
Amy KnopfSenior Vice President, Assistant Fund Manager
Amy Knopf is a Senior Vice President and the Assistant Fund Manager of Premier Property Fund Portfolio Management at Jamestown. In 2010, Ms. Knopf joined Jamestown as an Analyst in the Asset Management Department, and was promoted to Vice President of Premier Property Fund Portfolio in 2014. Prior to joining the company, she worked as an Analyst at Ocean Tomo, an Intellectual Capital Merchant Banc, where she focused on assessing damages in intellectual property litigation to support financial testimony. Ms. Knopf is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute. She received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Momtaz GilaniVice President, Premier Property Fund Accounting
Momtaz Gilani is a Vice President of Premier Property Fund Accounting at Jamestown. Ms. Gilani joined Jamestown in 2012 as an Assistant Fund Controller. Prior to joining Jamestown, she was an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG and managed real estate clients. Prior to KPMG, Ms. Gilani began her career as an Auditor at Reznick Group focusing on real estate clients. Ms. Gilani is a licensed in Georgia as a Certified Public Accountant and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Cindy WaasdorpVice President, Premier Property Fund Accounting
Cindy Waasdorp is a Vice President of Premier Property Fund Accounting at Jamestown. Ms. Waasdorp joined Jamestown in 2011 as a Fund Controller for Premier Property Fund. Prior to joining Jamestown, she was a Manager in Morgan Stanley’s Financial Controller’s Group and managed the accounting and financial reporting of the closed-end debt fund, Morgan Stanley Credit Partners, L.P. Prior to that, she managed the accounting and financial reporting for the Florida State Board of Administration pension fund’s real estate portfolio. Ms. Waasdorp is licensed in Georgia as a Certified Public Accountant. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Presbyterian College and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
