  • Bettie Gebara

    Director

    Bettie Gebara is the Director of Development and Construction and oversees teams in New York, Boston and San Francisco managing a wide range of construction initiatives throughout Jamestown’s portfolio.  She joined Jamestown in 2006 to lead the company’s construction activities and support both the Acquisitions and Asset Management Departments.  Before joining Jamestown, Ms. Gebara held senior positions at US Cost, Rosser International and Gleeds USA, excelling in roles that encompassed all aspects of owners representation including estimation, project controls and new business development, and was heavily involved in governmental and municipal initiatives.  She graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, and also earned her Certified Cost Consultant accreditation.

  • Dana Griffin

    Senior Vice President

    Dana Griffin is a Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at Jamestown.  Mr. Griffin joined the company in 2013 as Vice President, Development and Construction.  He is focused on Jamestown’s Boston portfolio, including the Newbury Collection in the Back Bay and the Innovation and Design Building located in the Seaport.  Mr. Griffin oversees the planning and implementation of capital improvement projects, building repositioning efforts, landlord work and tenant improvement projects.  Prior to joining Jamestown he was a Senior Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle, an international commercial real estate company.  Mr. Griffin has an extensive construction background, with past assignments including tenant fit-ups, life science work, building infrastructure and a wide array of repositioning work.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

  • Frances Bohn

    Vice President

    Frances Bohn is a Vice President of Development and Construction at Jamestown.  She leads the development and implementation of value-added projects, capital improvements, landlord work and tenant improvement projects, with a focus on Jamestown’s Southeast and Washington D.C properties.  Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. Bohn was a Project Manager for Hardin Construction Company, a Georgia-based contractor, with a specialty in the higher education real estate market.  During her time there, she completed projects for Georgia State University and Young Harris College.  Ms. Bohn is a LEED Accredited Professional and is active in her local chapter of the Urban Land Institute.  She received both a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies with a minor in Landscape Architecture and a Master of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida.

  • Micah Hall

    Vice President, Architect

    Micah Hall is a Vice President of Development and Construction and an Architect at Jamestown.  Mr. Hall oversees Jamestown’s internal architecture group and is responsible for implementing the design and aesthetic vision of the company, in addition to managing the internal design process and third- party architects across a wide range of project types throughout Jamestown’s portfolio.  Prior to joining Jamestown, he was an Associate with ASD|SKY, leading retail and hospitality projects.  During his time there, Mr. Hall worked extensively on the Westside Provisions District and Ponce City Market, functioning as a third-party architect for Jamestown.  He is a registered architect in Georgia.  Mr. Hall received both a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Architecture from Georgia Tech, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University.

  • David Harty

    Vice President

    David Harty is a Vice President of Development and Construction at Jamestown.  Mr. Harty is responsible for planning, oversight, implementation and project management for projects throughout California.  Prior to joining Jamestown in 2013, he worked for Mace Group, an international construction consulting firm.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Harty was a Project Manager for a San Francisco contractor, Plant Construction, which has given him a keen sense of the local market as well as a depth of experience in seismic, historic and adaptive reuse projects.  He earned his degree in Economics from Tufts University in Medford.

  • Colleen Sheehan

    Vice President

    Colleen Sheehan is a Vice President of Development and Construction.  Her primary focus is on Ponce City Market, where she oversees all office, restaurant and retail tenant improvement projects as well as capital improvement projects for the base building.  Ms. Sheehan also managed all capital projects completed as part of the reposition of 999 Peachtree by Jamestown.  Prior to joining Jamestown, she was Development Manager for Cousins Properties, an Atlanta-based real estate investment trust and development company.  Ms. Sheehan oversaw the tenant improvements and redevelopment projects at One Ninety One Peachtree Tower and was later responsible for oversight and management of all tenant improvements and capital projects for Cousins’ 4.2 million square foot Client Services portfolio of Class A office and retail.  She graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Steve Simmons

    Vice President

    Steve Simmons is a Vice President of Development and Construction at Jamestown.  Mr. Simmons directs multiple projects at Ponce City Market.  With 30 years in the commercial real estate and construction market, he provides Jamestown with extensive management experience in diverse market sectors including hospitality, retail and office.  Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. Simmons spent 25 years with Lend Lease, a leading international development company, serving as Senior Vice President for the Multi-Site Program Group and then began consulting with organizations and start-up firms to improve construction processes, implement cost reduction initiatives and develop additional clients.  He graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and the Columbia Business School in Leadership Development.

  • Ryan Tunstall

    Vice President

    Ryan Tunstall is a Vice President of Development and Construction at Jamestown.  Mr. Tunstall is focused is on Jamestown’s Northeast portfolio, including properties in New York and Boston.  He also oversees the planning and implementation of capital improvement projects, landlord work and tenant improvement projects.  Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. Tunstall was a Development and Construction Manager for Procida Realty and Construction, a New York-based developer and contractor, where he oversaw the completion of over 700 ground-up residential units in New York City.  He received a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from Brown University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
